Shipping policy

We offer insured, door-to-door shipping through Malca Amit Express via Federal Express. Every shipment is carefully handled and fully insured for your peace of mind. All jewelry is shipped with Signature Required from our atelier in Antwerp, Belgium.

Shipping within Belgium is always free. Within Europe, orders over €4,000 are shipped free of charge. For orders under €4,000 within Europe, a shipping fee of €85 applies, including full insurance. For shipments outside Europe, the shipping fee is €165. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package has been delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.

For all international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and duty fees imposed by customs. We are unable to pre-calculate these charges, as they are determined individually by each country. Kimball Jewelry is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the country of destination. If the purchased item is in stock, Kimball Jewelry aims to dispatch it from our Atelier within 24 hours of your order. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery time and tracking details. Shipping within Europe typically takes 2–3 business days.

Please note that many of our pieces are made to order and may have a longer lead time than 24 hours. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated prior to the payment stage during checkout.
